This is a 2002 Yamaha YZF-R1 1000 sportbike... and I guarantee you not find a finer example of one with this assortment of well planned style and race aftermarket equipment. For the last 9 years she has been my baby... and she has NEVER seen a race track, drag strip, wreck, tip-over or any sort of accident... never saw any sort of snow, salt, rain, hail, or bad weather of any kind. Always garage kept with a battery tender on it. I am the second owner, and I bought it from him with 800 miles on it and the break-in service just completed. The only 3 people to ever ride it are the original owner, myself, and my mechanic. This R1 is a real head turner... when I pull into the local bike nights I have a lot of people coming up to me immediately. The custom exhaust with twin cans sounds incredible with a deep rumble in your chest while standing next to it, and a sharp bark in the upper RPMs.All Aftermarket parts were installed by myself or my mechanic at a local bike shop... and they are as follows
