This is a rare and desirable 2001 Kawasaki W650 Triumph replica, although Kawasaki considers it a replica of it's own W3. W650s were only imported into the USA for 2000 and 2001, and the 2001 models are prized for their improved frame geometry and handling. This bike has been "scrambler-ized" in the spirit of the Deus Ex Machina bikes. It has the classic "desert sled" look. Features:Enduro mirrors (foldable)Black headlight and mountsChrome Lucas-style taillight (both stainless fenders in perfect condition, no cracks)Black MSR Dominator aluminum handlebars with cross braceProgressive Suspension fork springs with 15 wt. oilProgressive Suspension rear shocks (taller than stock for max ground clearance)New EBC HH front brake padsNew Continental TKC-80 "Twinduro" tires All stock parts included in sale: Chrome headlight, turn signals, mirrors, taillight, handlebars, tank badges, etc. This unique bike runs flawlessly, and it's in pristine condition. There is one small ding on the gas tank which does not show up in photos. It's lighter than the new Triumph bikes, handles beautifully, and you get to choose kick starting (big style points!) or electric start. The TKC-80 tires offer a surprisingly high amount of grip on-road (ever follow a BMW GS with a good rider through the canyons?).
