2004 Country Coach Allure 36' Pendleton with 2 slides. It is powered by a 370 hp Cummins ISL engine with a 2 stage compression brake. It is equipped with Allison 3000MH transmission. This combination makes the coach nice to drive. I am the second owner I purchased the coach in 2021. The original owner had taken very good care of the coach. It came with all documentation and records. It had always been stored under cover. I have also kept maintenance up to date and stored it in an RV garage. It was last serviced at a Cummins Service Center at 59948 miles. In the last two years I upgraded the Backup camera and replaced the Chassis and House Batteries, replaced the topper on both slides and the refrigerator cooling unit. Other features include: Upgraded LED TVs RF Mogul Satellite dish New tires 4/2021Silverleaf coach info system Tile flooring in Living room, kitchen and bathroom In-floor Heat Electric door and patio Awnings Hydro-hot diesel / Electric boiler Table and Chairs replaced with booth dinette. Sofa replaced with leather jack-knife bed8KW Onan Diesel generator Xantrex Inverter Two AC / Heat pump units Washer / Dryer ready This is a really nice MH. We have enjoyed it.
