I am selling a 2004 Honda CB600F or Honda 599, called a Honda Hornet in Europe. This is a naked style sport bike and it is in immaculate condition. I just bought the bike a few months back from the first owner. A girl in the city had bought this bike new in 2004, kept it in a garage for nine years, left it outside overnight only once and never drove it in the rain. Bike has less than 7,000 miles on it. The bike gets a lot of attention and I constantly have people asking me if I just bought it, it looks brand new, people can not believe it is a 2004.These bikes were made by Honda in Italy and only imported into the U.S. for two years. They last forever, Honda bikes are tanks and easy to maintain.The bike has analog Speedometer and Tachometer, which is very classy looking. Everything on the bike is stock except the previous owner put a one inch riser on the handlebars. The bike puts out a lot more power than you would expect for a 600, and this is because the bike is a 4 cylinder. This bike is very very quick.The 4 cylinder motor also has a great sound to it.This bike is very intuitive I think I would be great for both a beginner or an experienced rider.The only thing that makes this bike not mint condition are a few tiny marks, and the plastic cover on the right side of the bike by the battery is broken around a stripped screw. You can barely see it, and you can still get to the battery (I just put in a new one). This bike is great and you will see this in the pictures.Why am I selling? I am joining the Peace Corps and am taking an indefinitely long roadtrip beforehand and I need the money and I do not want this bike to sit in a garage somewhere.Bike passed inspection a few months ago. I may even have the receipt still to prove it.
