Why purchase an older Scootr? (1)They were built better in earlier years. (2) They don't have all the smog emissions stuff (3) Better power, better speed. (4) Parts are available everywhere (5) These Have an actual PA title, not a MCO that cant be tittled in PA sometimes. A MCO is a manufacturers certificate of origin, this means nothing in the USA! No title means no registration no inspections no tags.... You have a dirt bike with out a PA title in hand! (6) These have been gone over and all fluids changed, some have fish oil in the engines that MUST BE DRAINED! I have seen fish eye balls come out of (others)! Fresh Castrol GTX Racing oil used on these! Sold one every day this week so far, even with my add being flagged all the time. Need free advice call, I'm a scootr nut, I love scooters, I play/work on them all the time.
