THERE IS HOWEVER A SCUFF ON THE REAR FENDER. THE SIDE COVERS DO HAVE SOME BROKEN TABS. THE GRIPS AND PEGS ARE MISSING RUBBER INSERTS. THERE ARE NOT ANY TURN SIGNALS ON THE BIKE.
