I'm selling my restored 2005 GS500F that was originally my project bike but is now my masterpiece! It has a 487 cc engine that will get you between 50 and 60+ miles to the gallon depending on how you drive it. I've even heard from a GS500F owner of 65 mpg! This bike is a very comfortable one to ride. It combines the sport and cruiser seating angle, which results in a bike that's both fun on the curves and comfortable on the straightaways.I installed a radio and MP3 player in the bike, and you can see the waterproof speakers mounted in the dash in the pictures. They are pointed right at the rider, so you'll be able to hear clear music up to 70+ mph! I have a similar radio on my personal motorcycle, and I love it. You can not only listen to the radio, but also to any MP3 format music on a SD card or USB flash drive. There is also a auxillary port to plug in your ipod or other MP3 device.This only has about 12,500 miles on it. It runs perfectly. Has a fresh oil change with a new oil and air filter.
