This is also one of the very few Lowliners with paint & graphics by legendary painter Jeff McCann. Jeff has been Arlen's go to painter for most of his high end jobs. The history behind Jeff and Arlen goes back to the very start in the late sixties. Their friendship and businesses grew through the years; Jeff eventually designed the Arlen Ness Logo that is seen on all Ness products.
