This 2007 Ducati Monster S4Rs Testastretta was purchased new from Advanced Motorsports in Alvarado, Texas, titled on the 24th of October 2006. I purchased this S4rs on the 9th of May 2018 with 3,300 miles on the odometer. I have ridden it mainly to the MotoGP in Austin over the years, it sits on display in my climate controlled office since it was purchased, covering only 1,100 miles since I have owned it. It has many upgrades including stainless lines wherever they could be used, billet reservoirs for the clutch and brakes fluid containers on the handlebars, rear sets (very expensive and almost impossible to source), new chain, original lifted handlebar end rear view mirrors, Öhlins have all been rebuilt, always meticulously cared for and maintained, if it is not the best on the market anywhere in the world (properly broken in and completely sorted to perform as this extreme and exquisite motorcycle is meant to be, all is in sync with the nature of this beast), surely one of the best available. All original parts are available, and will transfer to the new owner.Power is provided by a liquid-cooled 998cc L-twin mated to a six-speed transmission, and the bike is finished in red with a white center stripe and carbon-fiber accents, with black Marchisini wheels. There have been many upgrades and all service has been regularly performed at the Ducati dealer in Austin Texas, more than $9,000 has be invested in making sure this S4rs can perform to its best ability. Always on a battery charger lifted in the rear by a pit bull stand, the tyres are new and have less than 600 miles on them. The windscreen is tinted, Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes, 17″ Marchesini wheels, and a two-up seat, with pillion seat cover. This S4Rs has approximately 4,400 miles and is now offered with a pit bull rear stand, complete manufacturer’s literature, the key card, key token, a red key and a black key, service records will be provided, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.The flyscreen, fuel tank, and rear cowl are finished in red with a white center stripe over a color-matched tubular steel trellis frame. Additional features include a tinted windscreen, radiator cover, a black two-up seat, a side stand, rear sets (pillion folding foot pegs, and end of handlebar-mounted folding mirrors as well as a carbon-fiber front fender and side covers.Forged aluminum Marchesini 17″ Y-spoke wheels are finished in black and wear Diablo Supercorsa tires that were mounted in 2021. Öhlins suspension consists of a titanium nitride-coated 43mm inverted fork as well as a single-sided swingarm mounted to an adjustable remote-reservoir monoshock. Stopping power is provided by twin 320mm discs fitted with Brembo four-piston calipers at the front along with a single 245mm disc fitted with a two-piston caliper at the rear; they have all been rebuilt, resealed and in excellent condition.A one-piece handlebar is fitted with a 1.2" riser and frames white-dial instrumentation consisting of a 160 mph speedometer, an 11k rpm tachometer, inset digital displays, a mobile phone mount and an array of indicator lights. The digital odometer currently indicates 4306 miles, but I may take a last ride before selling which would bring the mileage up to the 4,400 I've indicated as the mileage the S4rs will likely have when transferred to the new owner.The liquid-cooled Testastretta 998cc L-twin was factory rated at 130 horsepower and is equipped with Marelli electronic fuel injection, four desmodromic valves per cylinder, carbon-fiber timing belt covers, and an oil cooler. Power is sent to the rear wheel through a multi-plate dry slipper clutch, a six-speed transmission, and an upgraded drive chain. Modifications include a Termignoni exhaust system with carbon-fiber mufflers. Everything has been replaced and upgraded, and as it sits far better than when new. All the parts upgrades are Ducati Performance (see pictures). It can be brought back to original as all the original parts remain with the S4rs and will transfer to the new owner upon request.Manufacturer’s literature, a Ducati bike cover, front and rear stands, service records, a Shorai battery charger, and three keys are included in the sale.I reserve the right to end the auction early as the motorbike is offered for sale locally, not advertised so you cannot learn my reserve, but the person wanting such a motorbike will know what they will have to pay to get this one.
