For sale is MY unique 2008 EFI Big Dog Motorcycle K-9, it's a softail for those who don't know. VIN: 5J11YEJB98W000159 This K-9 is unique in the way that it actually has a 2008 Big Dog Pitbull tank on it. There are only 2 of these in the world currently. Mine and Eric’s CARB model (example pictures of Friends K9 Attached as well..). How do I know this? 2 Friends of mine (Shannon and Eric) and I designed, engineered, manufactured and tested this bracket. Mine is a EFI (fuel injected model). It is VERY unique. Also, the 2008 Pitbull tank gives you around 1/4-1/2 of a gallon more of fuel in the tank, so you can go WAY farther than a stock k9. Plus, EFI models use less fuel….. Also, the EFI model has a LOW fuel light AND and high temperature light (carb models do not)! This is a California EPA emissions Bike, STOCK. Can you take the EPA stuff off? Yes. Will it run the same? Yes. Sounds like a carb model and runs great! Starts EVERY-SINGLE-TIME! NO MODIFICATIONS to the OEM FRAME or wiring were made! No holes drilled, nothing welded, NOTHING MODIFIED ON FRAME or the wiring for safety reasons of course. A BRACKET was engineered. ALL OEM wiring and parts are used on this tank. Original tank is included with all hardware, if you ever wanted to change back.... Another bonus, with the Pitbull tank modifications, all wiring is UNDERNEATH the frame below tank, so, if you ever did have to do electrical troubleshooting, no need to remove tank! BOTH TANKS have NEW liners, caps and paint savers AND Big Dog Paint, matched by the Original Master Air Brusher and painter for Big Dog, ED. New clutch cable, head gaskets, rocker box gaskets, adjustable S&S pushrods (the ones you can remove without taking heads off), new Primary seal with fresh fluid and recent oil change, fork fluid, etc! Master brake cylinders rebuilt with fresh DOT 5. This bike has the bandit Bruiser clutch in it. This sale includes: Solo Seat2 up gel seatOEM Tank with all Original parts and hardwareTouch Up paint (ED was nice enough to send me some)Sissy bar (on bike)Rear peg mountsCOMPLETE SERVICE MANUAL FOR EFI AND CARB on USB stick.Bike of course.New Renegade 500 CCA battery. Mileage: 26315 (mileage max vary because I still ride it-and people LOVE IT! I store my Big Dogs IN MY HOUSE (not GARAGE). So, climate controlled, there are NO LEAKS, NO PROBLEMS, NO RUST. It has the Big Dog RIP kit from Big Dog installed, not the OEM EHC (computer). HIGH DENSITY LED headlight. New tires were put on it about 1.5 years ago. In very good, I'd say great condition, except for the rear top exhaust SHIELD (see pics/video). ALL OEM parts, RIP KIT as well. REAR TOP exhaust heat shield has a few marks on it. Was not laid down, someone scratched it in a parking lot (had it been laid down-bottom one would be jacked up too.). Rear Fender has a clear protector on it. CLEAN TITLE. NO TRADES. NO TEST RIDES. CASH only, or VERIFIED PAYMENT. LOW BALL offers will be ignored, reasonable ones may be accepted. I still RIDE THIS BIKE, so if interested, don't be surprised if it's not 100% clean and polished. For the people who know me, I actually RIDE my bikes, keep them up to date, clean them...I don't polish them MORE than I ride them....Runs like a dream, ready to go Solo or Plus one. WHY AM I SELLING IT? I have 2 others. And as I get older, I want to downsize. THIS BIKE IS 100% SOLID! BUT, IT IS USED AND SOLD AS IS!!!!
