This is the bike that Buell should have made. No problems. This is a classic and will appreciate over the years.I am selling my favorite bike, which is ridden daily. My loss is your gain. It is in perfect shape with a few normal scratches from use. Best part is the bike has been upgraded from stock. All known parts that break have been replaced with upgraded parts. This includes starter sprag clutch, custom seat, new battery, upgraded mirrors, both tail pillions included, tail light switch, gas gauge sending unit, upgraded throttle control, bar end plugs, and slave cylinder for clutch. Recent maintenance includes valve adjustments (14500 miles), new tires, new brakes, all lines flushed and refilled, cables lubed, synthetic oil change. Performance upgrades include reprogramming computer, ( runs perfectly and idles properly), Crash pads, Side heat shield, K&N air cleaner. This bike is ready to take you wherever you want to go. I have ridden it on mostly long trips so it does not have a lot of wear.This is a 2008 model. It did not suffer from the electrical problems of the 2009 model. Battery charges properly and the Stator is not a problem. With some TLC the bike is now very reliable. No chain to oil and adjust. I love this part. No oil mess on the frame. This is without a doubt the best bike I have ever owned. The handling is light and superb. The torque of the motor is legendary. It will push your eyes into your head when accelerating hard. The only fault of the stock bike is reliability and I have fixed that. Performance like this is only available on $20,000 bikes.
