Hi and thank you for looking at my listing. This bike is a replica of a Harley Davidson 60s Panhead Duo Glide. It was made to honor those bikes. This particular bike was won in a raffle in Daytona bike week. It was won by people that do not ride motorcycles from my area of Pennsylvania. My local motorcycle mechanic was asked to sell it for them. I saw it and saw the potential for a bike that looked like an old bike but with new bike reliability. So I bought it.It came with most of what you are from the factory. I added the handlebars, wide period correct vintage seat, straight pipes and made a mount for the Mikuni carb to replace the S&S carb. (Runs WAY better). I installed the vintage Shinko whitewalls. It has a rev tech pan replica motor with std bottom cases. I changed the tank emblems and installed the Harley emblems. The chrome is beautiful. The bike has NEVER seen a drop of water…and lovingly kept in my personal collection. Runs great. Super cool sound with the exposed dry clutch and exposed grit drive. The 4 speed transmission shifts perfect. Only 1400 miles.I’ve owned it and enjoyed it. It’s a hand built bike that I ride with my friends for a 100 miles on a Sunday or take to a local bike night and watch everyone crowd around it. Just nothing like it. But she does require attention as she isn’t an assembly line bike. I start it once a month as if it sits too long the oil does like to sump in the crankcase. Just start it once a month and don’t have the issue. I just sold my replica Shovelhead a few weeks ago and this one is the next up. Just thinning the heard. (Trimming my collection down to 10 bikes..) I’m getting older. Time for new projects.Feel free to call and ask questions I’ve owned this bike since 9 miles.
