For sale, 2009 Honda DN-01 motorcycle. This was made only one year, a "concept" vehicle come to reality. This is a 'cruiser & sport' hybrid, and also an automatic! This is the only road-going vehicle with this type of hydromechanical transmission. Unlike other automatics (and scooters) that are CVT and use an internal belt that wears out/slips/snaps, this has no regular maintenance. Infinitely variable, with no gears. You can shift "manually" if you wish, or use the automatic mode with regular "drive" and faster "sport" power modes). It also has the brakes of a full-size Goldwing, awesome and powerful braking action, dual over-size discs in front and disc rear. The front and rear and anti-lock and Honda's "Combined Braking System". This bike has a low 27" seat height, so it's full feet on the ground at stops for most riders, plus it is very well balanced and stable at high speeds, and very low speeds & maneuvering. LED brake lights, "dark candy red" metallic paint in flawless condition. Bike was never left outside, always garaged and NEVER laid-down or even transported. No damage of any kind, never in any incident/accident. I rode it home from the dealer, with zero miles on it. 700cc V-twin liquid-cooled engine. Motorcycling does not get smoother- and, quieter, than this. Tires are still like new. Bike has only 2,800 miles on it. Big 17" hoops front and rear (the back is a beefy FAT 190/50ZR17. Comfortable feet-foward design with big floor boards, swept back handlebars, full digital instrumentation w. oversized LED speedo, clock, fuel gauge etc... Always serviced at a Honda Powersports dealer with Honda parts. Has a 1 year old Honda battery. Always kept on a battery tender (included) even during summer riding season. Serious inquiries only.
