Dragon Red Vespa purchased new at Kissell Motorsports in State College for $3699. Has a warranty and free Roadside Service until April 2013, (Was a one year warranty.) It needs nothing and has a current inspection. Ready to ride! And with the price of gas?? You'll get 50-60 miles per gallon on it. Some people claim to get better than that, but I've found that to be it's average. It does have a couple of small scratches on the right side running board, but not very noticeable.
