Erik Buell returned from the ashes of Buell Motorcycles, a subsidiary of Harley Davidson, with the production of Erik Buell Racing and their very first manufacturing design. The 1190RS was released to much fanfare as a truely American designed and produced superbike! With this limited production model, EBR would legalize their machine for AMA superbike competition by producing only 75 units for 2012. The EBR 1190RS provided here is # 10 and consists of a $6,000 optional carbon package. The Carbon Edition replaces all basic bodywork with carbon fiber pieces that are meticulously laid by hand, of the highest quality, and should be seen personally to really value the level of detail and labor that meticulously went into every component. Dry carbon pieces end up underlying support for the headlamp, dashboard, undertail, and ducting for the perimeter brake. With the carbon package, the 1190RS gets even rarer and you can rest assured you'll be possessing a collectible piece of motorcycle art that is as lovely as it is powerful. This bike is brand name brand-new and has no imperfections or defects of any kind.
