Built and ready for touring across the USA! This is probably the only one in the country this well outfitted and for sale. The beautiful Quartz Blue metallic paint was only available on the 2014 model and IMHO the best looking.This sale includes the very comfortable heated Corbin leather seat. Software upgrade done at that time.This motorcycle, like every single 2014 ESA R1200RT, required the rear shock to be replaced under recall. There were no failures, BMW did a great job getting out in front of it. The problem was that the replacement shock took months to manufacture, test, and get out to the dealers. Many purchasers did not want to wait months for the new shock and instead elected a full refund from BMW. This is one of those buy back motorcycles. There was some early incorrect speculation about how this would be reflected in the title, CycleVin or Carfax. The title is guaranteed clear of any defects or branding, the Cycle Vin check (Carfax For motorcycles) is clear, no title issues or branding, the Carfax is also clear. When I listed this on eBay I got a lot of questions about that, so I wanted to be clear.
