The rear top case was an extra, not for this bike, that dealer gave me with the purchase. It is keyed to the bike but not part of the Central Locking System, so you have to use the key to lock and unlock the top case. I installed a Cee Baileys headlight guard to protect the headlight from road junk. The bike also includes the BMW NAVAGATION GPS. This BMW is loaded with options.
