2014 Keystone Avalanche Fifth Wheel Model 360RB $34,900 Located in north Colorado Springs. If this listing is up, it is available. I will not respond if you only ask if it is available. 39 8 length, 12,750 lbs. dry weight. Five slide outs: Master bedroom, kitchen, couch and dining area, both sides of the rear bunkhouse. Sleeps 6-7 in the current configuration: Queen bed in the master bedroom, four bunks in the back, plus one on the couch. Dining table has a leaf that stores below the table during transport. Dining chairs have hidden storage. Lots of cabinet space in the living room, master bedroom, and bunkhouse. Each room also has a TV. Large passthrough storage area under master bedroom accessible from both sides. Fifth wheel is in good condition. No leaks, roof has been resealed anyway (regular maintenance item), hot water heater has a new anode rod (regular maintenance item), motorized awning has some stains, but is in working order. Black tanks (2) have factory installed cleanout systems. This is a 2014 model so there is some wear and tear. Front cap graphics are one example of that. It is moth season, so even though I try to clean them out on a regular basis I keep finding more. Includes 50A cord with surge protector and adapters for 30A and 15A connections. Both A/Cs can be used when on 50A, or one when on 30A. Also includes two sewer hoses w/ Y adapter, sewer hose support, two freshwater hoses, and awning lights. It currently has a removeable gooseneck adapter that fits over the standard fifth wheel kingpin (I dont have a fifth wheel hitch for my Ram 3500 dually yet). No trouble towing up and down the mountains in Colorado in either configuration (my older truck had a fifth wheel hitch but it didnt fit into the Ram).
