Description:
2017 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 EFI with only 578 miles. Purchased brand new in 2021 from Motozilli in Warren, Ohio by myself, a retired physician. This was the last new Bullet 500 in a four state radius. In production since 1932; the Bullet was the longest produced motorcycle in history - but has been modernized with electric start, fuel injection, turn signals, better suspension, and much improved quality & reliability. The owner of Motozilli kept this bike in the crate for his personal museum but agreed to sell it to me after much pursuasion (no others were available within a 500 mile radius). This bike has never been damaged, never in rain, always garaged, and with a recent oil & filter change. Forest Green with gold pinstriping. Fires up immediately with a push of the button, runs perfectly, and in mint condition. I added a small windshield, foam grips, headlight visors, and had the countershaft sprocket changed from 18 tooth to a 20 (along with a longer chain). The gearing improvement allows relaxed highway driving. I paid $5999 plus an additional $500 for the upgrades. This is a very pleasant bike for cruising around the neighborhood and thumping down country roads at 45-50 mph. These bikes have loads of torque, and provide a vintage riding experience with a nice exhaust note. Recent knee & spine surgery precluding me from riding necessitates its sale.
