It was purchased brand new with cash by a nj resident from a ny dealer. The guy never registered it I’m assuming because he didn’t want to pay the sales taxesThe vin is not in the system because it’s never been registered or titled. That being said , mechanically and cosmetically, it’s very nice. I have maintained and ridden this bike every few months. I ride it on my dealer tag. The bike is being auctioned off with no reserve. It will sell to the high bidder.
