This is RITA. She has been an amazing RV. Back room has 3 bunks and a couch with a 1/2 bath and a door that closes the kids off, if necessary. She has been kept under a carport, washed quarterly, no accidents, EVERYTHING WORKS WELL. No surprises. Her service record is well documented and regular maintenance check ups. We are the first owner, infact we have two exactly the same, and now I only want to maintain one. The main awning light needs to be replaced, but the awnings (both) are perfect and white. She has a small scratch on the floor in front of the couch. I have removed the outside griddle and customized the counter to hold wine bottles. A small piece of trim was replaced in the kitchen. Her electric jack system thinks left is right and front is back, but we were told by Lippert that's an easy fix, and since we understand how she works, we never bothered to take them up on it. That's really all! If anything had ever been broken, it was replaced or repaired immediately as good or better than new. If you want to buy a camper to live in while you build a house, this one wont be an eye sore. She's beautiful inside and out. Lots of Room and a private space for kids or an office if you need an extra room. She pulls well with my F250 however I prefer my one ton. Its easy to forget she's there. My RV's are my favorite topic. I am a professional Concierge to high end horse show clients that demand only the best. I can tell you everything you need to know about her, and there would be absolutely no surprises when you come for a visit. Still available at ListedBuy!
