This motor is a 123.5cc Aermacchi H-D 2-stroke. Serial number 7A13165H2 indicates later than 1970 (7A), serial number 13165, 1972 model (H2). To the best of my knowledge, this indicates an SX125 Rapido. It has a piston, and the motor turns. Missing the (left) alternator/sprocket cover. Ready for your Aermacchi H-D restoration. 1 was recently listed on ebay for $400, minus the piston, in "loose" condition. Will entertain credible offers.
