1966 Honda CB 450 "Black Bomber" This is one of the most sought after vintage Honda's today and a rare find! It's the world's first production DOHC motor and the largest motor produced to date. This bike has one first place at every show I've entered it in including 2nd place in Antique Unrestored class at the most prestigious shows of them all- the famous Rat's Hole Show at Daytona Bike Week and Leesburg Bikeweek in Florida. With 17,000 miles the bike runs and rides great! I've recovered the seat and replace every nut, bolt, spring, and washer on the bike with original nickel plated parts. I've taken great care in keeping this bike, original and correct, with a fortune invested. There is NO rust or corrosion anywhere on this bike, it has been restored to show quality. The chrome under the mufflers is a little dull-I intentionally did not re-chrome them as to stay in the ANTIQUE UNRESTORED CLASS OF THE SHOWS. The Honda dealership rebuilt the starter and starter clutch to new condition, replaced all seals- doesnt leak a drop of oil!! Ive spent rediculous time and mone polishing spokes, wheels, hubs, etc... to PERFECT condition. I'm well known at the Florida motorcycle shows for being a devoted "first place" restorer of vintage Japanese bikes but I don't build trailor queens, my bikes are meant to be ridden and enjoyed!!
