I have a 86 i believe lt230s bored to a 250. it starts and run good and has a lot of power, but smokes a lot and need new rings. starts up in few kicks and all the gears work good(5 speed with reverse). i have bought it to fix it up with my dad as a father and son project but don't have time for it i ride a lot more than i fix. i bought a good parts bike, handle bars, plastics,extra seat, extra carb that i will include and right now the bike has the plastics off. iron pony took a look at some parts and told me that it needs a new top end gasket kit including valve seals so i bought the gasket kit and installed it knowing it might be the rings so yeah im pissed because they lied. i have pic of the cylinder and piston when i tore the top end apart to show you it looks like brand new! if you don't want to replace the rings yourself i know someone that will charge $40 for labor or $90 for labor and parts. im interested in trading for other quads, three wheelers, dirt bikes any size the worst i can say is no so something that a young teenager and father that would have a blast in the trails or just make me an offer. give me a email(it goes straight to my phone and i can give you a quick reply) or call/text me at 614598XXXX anytime.
