I'm posting this great vintage Honda for my neighbor who really doesn't get on the computer and hasn't ever ridden motorcycles much. He got the bike in exchange for work performed. 1 of the previous owners who had for quite a few years said that it was stolen, then recovered. He then lost interest in riding and parked for a few years. Only damage to the bike while being stolen is a messed up ignition switch, and a small dent on either side of the tank. It was then sold to my neighbors boss who was going to put pod filters on it, but never got around to it.If you are mechanically inclined enough, this bike wouldn't take much at all to get back in running condition. It only has 8,822mis on it. Engine turns over freely. Engine compression checks out to 140-150 psi. No leaks. Brakes, clutch, and tranny all work as they should. The oil in it was nice and clean. The carbs, breathers, and covers are all there. The covers are not cracked and are probably worth $100 each. Before i took pics i literally spent 1 hour sort a cleaning it up. The wheels, pipes and tank are all in terrific shape. No dents or even any real rust on the pipes. The inside of the tank is in very terrific condition considering how long it's set up. The seat is in terrific shape except for 2 small holes. I even think with a good cleaning, the chain and sprockets are still in decent shape. Of course it will need tires, a battery (but it has kick also), carb work, plugs, and some wiring. I would also check the valves before returning everything to running condition. I believe the only thing that would need to be found are the chrome points cover and a cover for the other side. I have ridden bikes all my life and currently own 3 and know what this bike is worth. There aren't many unmolested/stock 70's motorcycles left out there. Buy this one, give it some lovin, and get her back on the road like she deserves. 678-776-5437Listing originally posted at http
