Jiang 125cc scooter, goes 60mph. 800 miles, Looks new. Runs perfectly, Electric and kick start. DOES NOT HAVE CALIFORNIA REGISTRATION! Does not have CARB sticker (California certified smog) and my local DMV office says it cannot be registered for use on the street in CA. It CAN be registered in every other state, or any other country, and it CAN be used on private property in California. One person called me and said his local DMV office in L.A. registered his scooter with the same issue, so I don't really know what the rules are. Do NOT call with questions about registration ... The scooter is being sold AS-IS.
