Beautiful newly built custom Harley Sportster! All of the components & design elements for this bike were either custom fabricated or specifically picked for their quality & over-all theme & look to create one bad-ass bike! The frame has been replaced with a Malibu customs rolling chassis. These frames and chassis components are engineered to amazing specs with a lot of research and development going into each of their designs. Among the chassis components are a 21 inch front chrome spoke wheel, a 16 inch back chrome spoke wheel, with both front and rear Avon white wall tires. The front end is a stock length DNA wide glide. The braking system is the stock Sportster rear-only hydraulic vented disc brake. The motor is a freshly rebuilt 2002 883 5 speed belt drive, running the stock CV type carburetor (due to their awesome reliability). The pipes are a set of custom chrome shorty's. For the oil tank, a polished stainless steel custom fabricated unit has been used. - It holds the proper amount of oil required by the factory specs, and all the oil lines (feed, return and vent) have been replaced with teflon braided stainless steel hose and "AN" type fittings. All the controls are new high-end product. - The forward controls are chrome units with pegs that match the handle bar grips. The handle bars and hand controls are all new with diamond style grips and an awesome billet mirror. The paint on this bike really stands out and is eye-catching while still being classic looking. - The main paint color is " Kandy Black Cherry"; it's a custom base color with House of Kolor "Brandywine Kandy". The scallops and stripe on the tank and fender are a custom mixed champagne, which is pinstriped in House of Kolors "Super Silver" urethane striping paint, which is buried underneath the House of Kolors "Kosmic Klear"! I was going for a vintage "San Francisco style" chopper look for the overall theme, but I used all modern components for reliability. - All of the work on this has been done to the highest quality and utmost professional standards. I want to specify that everything on this bike is NEW with the exception of the motor, which is a 2002, and the frame, which is a 2010. - HOWEVER, the frame is still technically "new", as it was purchased in 2010 but never taken out of the crate or used previous to this bike build, so it's still a new component, just not a 2013. As for the engine, it is a 2002, but only had 6,000 original miles on it before being rebuilt. - At the time that I rebuilt it, it had no operational issues, but I just wanted to completely go through it in order to ensure the "new-ness" of this build. This bike runs like a dream, is extremely comfortable, fun to ride, and could be used in any capacity from a daily driver, a commuter, or a road trip bike!
