Big Dog which has been completely gone through in 2014 including paint. this bike is a pre-proprietary (2005) bike so the frame is is NOT problematic as are the post-2004 Big Dog proprietary frames. I will try to describe the bike as best I can. Bike was originally a 2000 Vintage Sport and i bought it from a chopper shop that had already cut the fenders down. the frame is a Rolling Thunder Harley FXR type frame with a 35 degree rake, new Paughco springer front 3" over with floating fender mounts. Engine is 107cid, Total Performance engine cases, Truitt & Osborne balanced flywheels and rods, the rest is pretty much S&S including a .600 pre-emissions high lift cam and roller rockers, exhaust is Vance & Hines Long Shots Duals. Tranny has Total Performance case with Baker 5-speed gears. Primary is a Primo Rivera set-up. Performance Machine brake calipers, rotors, rear sprocket, and wheels which are capped with Avon tires. Seat was made by American Iron Horse Seats with comfort foam. The Works Performance shocks were rebuilt by them last year. Drag bars are 1 1/4" on 8" risers (to clear the dash) and capped with Arlen Ness grips and mirrors. Paint is 1996 H-D States Blue Pearl with Platinum ghost flames. The saddle bags are easily removable by pulling two pins inside the bags, lifting them up and rotating them clockwise to unlock from mounts and the mounts are easily removable also.
