1981 YAMAHA XS650- BOOGIE WOOGIE -This bike was built using a 1981 XS650 Special as a starting point.The bike was tore down to the bare frame and modifications were done then it got sand blasted and powder coated semi-gloss black.A 1972 Harley/Aermacchi SX350 tank has been used and it too was powder coated in semi-gloss black.The low mileage motor was gone through and certain seals and gaskets needed to be replaced.Then it got a thorough cleaning and has been given an epoxy based high temp finish.The engine cases, tappet covers & points covers have been powder coated semi-gloss black.This bike runs like there's no tomorrow and gets loads of attention wherever I go on it.If you're looking for something a bit unique that has plenty of power and is nimble in traffic this is the bike for you.Lots of new parts have been installed including: New mechanical advance & advance rod New Pamco electronic ignition New steering bearings New bronze swing arm bushings New bates style head light New custom made tail light with Biltwell L.E.D. fixture New Shinko Speed rated tires New Goodyear tubes New Mikuni VM34 carbs New front brake master cylinder New brake shoes & pads New leather solo seat New pod air filters New drive chain New cables Modified stock head pipes with Shorty mufflersClear title in my name with tabs until 2014This bike is for sale for $3,000.00Come ride it home today!!If interested please call to come by & check it out(360) 386-XXXX
