Description:

1987 Kawasaki KDX200C2 enduro no title, bill of sale only. A lot work done on the bike.Motor - new top end (Wiseco piston, rod, and bearing). Power valve cleaned, oil seals, and clips replaced. New clutch assembly, OEM basket, hub, springs, plates, spacers, holder and bearing, lock washer, wheel clutch, and assembly bolts torqued to manual specification. Lower bearing and crank inspected, oil changed replaced drain plug with magnetic one and filler plug with aluminum unit. Exhaust pipe and muffler cleaned and scrubbed with o-rings and springs replaced. New NGK plug.Fuel - fuel tank cleaned, petcock replaced, new fuel cap (took a long time to find), and new tank decals (Wicked Tough). Carb rebuilt with all new jets, jet holder, plunger, plunger spring, gaskets, and fuel lines. New manifold intake, new reed cage, Boyden reeds, new air filter holder, and new UNI air filter, buyer needs to oil to their conditions. Will need to adjust air screws to riding conditions, need set to stock second position from top.Suspension - forks flushed and oil replaced, shock, linkage, and swingarm bearing checked and greased. New tires, chain, and sprocket. New chain, sprockets, chain guide and rollers.Brakes - rear brake cleaned and reset, new brake cable. Rear drum cleaned and resurfaced, all dimensions within spec according to manual. Front brake all new, Nissin brake master cylinder, rebuilt Kawasaki brake caliper, Gaffer brake line, and new brake rotor. Brake needs to be adjusted and bled, had arm surgery so wasn't able to finish it. Will try to get it done but check and verify prior to riding.Misc. - New controls, Renthal Fat Bar, new OEM grips, throttle rebuilt with new assembly, new cable. Clutch new, Arc unit with new cable. New Cycra handlebar guards. New TrailTech Endurance 2 connected to original distance magnetometer. New seat cover and new tool bag with new plug wrench and Kawabond. New headlight assembly (costly and took forever) new bulb and new rear bulb. New kill switch and light switch. New side stand.Also have much of the old items and will ship with bike. Most of it will sell quite well on eBay or you can make it completely stock. Original meter included, battery case cleaned and produces 6.1V. Meter board has issue and couldn't get new one so enjoy the Endurance 2. Also included decals from suppliers, left stock but feel free to sticker whatever as much as you like.Buyer responsible for shipping of bike and parts box.
