1986 30 ft pace arrow CHEVY 454 gas engine, 042,683.6 mis exactly. original owner has NEVER had it out of Ohio, new tires last year, new brakes front & rear just this april, low miles runs an drives like it was NEW.has air ride suspension, leveling jacks for when parked, two roof AIR CONDITIONER units, onan generator , everything on this works as good as it did the day it came off the show room floor, this has everything YOUR house has in it with the exception Of a washer & dryer, {an it might be there I just havn't found it } LOL..I just got back from lake cumberland pulling my 24 feet pontoon boat an like usual NO PROBLEMS ,, .it has plenty of storage for the compartments on the outside a couple go from 1 side to the other side. It did have a leak at the front last year but it HAS BEN REPAIRED an DOES NOT LEAK ! I can show you with a garden hose if needed , an you can't tell it ! the roof was re coated at that time, I would like to TRADE for a street BIKE {no rockets} email me if your interested an send me RECENT PICs of your BIKE
