It is the higher-value model with 12" wheels. Any scratches are very minor hairlines from normal use. If desired, a simple buffing would bring this back to high gloss shine. No cracks or chips in fiberglass fenders. All hardware is present and solid. All metal components are in excellent condition. No bends or missing paint. A little dusty from lack of use. Brand New 4.80x12" tires mounted on chrome rims (which also are in excellent condition with no rust, loose or missing chrome). This unit has never been installed. This kit was intended for a 1998 Harley Road King. It fits all Road King, Classic, and Electra Glide models from '96-'08. Note: Check with your state's DMV for regulations on trike kits.
