The " HOLY GRAIL" of the vintage dirt bike world! Many consider the magnificent 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross to be the single most collectible off-road motorcycle ever built (even more so if Steve Mc Queen's bottom had been on that particular seat). The 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross was the true star of Bruce Brown's classic documentary, " On Any Sunday" with Steve Mc Queen and Malcolm Smith joyfully riding these Huskys in every type of off-road motorcycle racing and recreational riding that one can imagine. I, personally, owned one of these 1970 400s, for about a year, back in the early 70s when I was 18 years old. I thrilled in riding it but regretfully had to sell it to help pay for educational expenses. Now, 50 years later, we were lucky enough to find and acquire this magnificent piece of off-road history.
