The frame was powder coated by Nittany Powder coating. The battery tray was altered to accept the larger gold wing battery. The coils were replaced by cops, so your coil brackets would need to be used if you wanted to maintain the coils. The tires are in good shape and not of standard sizing. 120/70 ZR and 180/70 Metzlers 880 Marathons. This suspension setup really turned a straight away bike into a better handling corners bike. It doesn't make it a sport bike, but it handles so much better in the corners. The frame, tires, suspension, brakes, bars, electrical wiring, headlight is included in this. Most of the aluminum parts were polished, although could use some care after sitting in the garage for some time. The rear tire has had the washer swap done. The rear drive plastic hub piece has been replaced with an aluminum one (polished). The drive shaft was swapped out with a thicker one, to avoid possible snapping. The engine was modified, producing 163HP at the wheel, which brought about the drive shaft change. A pic of the frame after getting it back from powder coat is shown below. Most of the receipts for the work can be provided. Most bolts have been replaced with stainless hex heads, replacing the stock star. I will be pulling the Wild Bros. EFI and PCW Racing motor from the frame. At that point I will try to update the ad with the pics.
